Standard delivery is 7–14 days depending on the package. For an additional fee, we offer a 48-hour express preview of 20–30 highlight photos. Full delivery timelines are confirmed at booking.

Of course! We love going through inspo boards and shot lists before your session. A pre-event consultation call is included in all packages so we can fully understand your vision and preferences.
No worries! Additional coverage is billed at £50 per hour. We'll always inform you in advance and never abandon your event mid-way. We're flexible and always put your event first.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund of the advance. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the advance payment. We understand emergencies — in special circumstances we work with clients on rescheduling at no extra charge.
